Smile A Lifetime ~ Prologue ~♥Silver The Hedgehog's P.O.V♥~   I remember clearly when I first met him. I was only 10, young, and my innocence was alive and pure. Starting middle school was tough for me, even if I was a knowledgeable person and got high grades often. I was physically weak, I lacked any social experience and I was constantly agitated from being shone upon as a 'nerd'. But there was another boy, who, although had the proper characteristics of being a popular senior, was a loner, and appeared to constantly  perturbed. I watched him day after day, slowly realizing to myself that I related to him like nobody else.

"Err...alright, then.." I muttered under my breath. I sat down and sank into the soft fabric of the couch. Shadow glanced over at me and smiled with satisfaction once again, as he dealt with folding my laundry.  I grabbed my remote off of the arm rest of the couch, and turned on the television. I quickly flicked through the channels once again. I swore under my breath at the lack of decent channels this apartment complex offered.  "Shadoooooow..." I moaned, lazily slumping into the couch some more, "there's nothing on."  Shadow, who was still folding my clothes, just looked over at me with a blank expression on his face.  "Silver...
